4000 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document contains the terms and conditions governing use of the 4000 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services. By accessing this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms stated below.

Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for or using any part of the 4000 platform (including the website, mobile app and related services), you expressly and unconditionally agree to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Registration
To access the full range of 4000 services, you must register an account by providing accurate, truthful and complete information. Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account. Multiple accounts created by the same individual are prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended or closed.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. The 4000 platform will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login credentials. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, please contact our support team immediately.
User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for ensuring that all activity on their account complies with these terms as well as all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. You may not transfer, sell or share your account with any other party under any circumstances.
Platform Usage Rules and Prohibited Activities
All users of the 4000 platform are required to use our services in a responsible, lawful manner that does not harm other users or the operator. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Using automated software, bots or scripts to access or manipulate the platform without written authorisation
- Engaging in fraud, account manipulation or any activity intended to deceive the payment or betting system
- Sharing your account login credentials or allowing a third party to use your account
- Attempting to access restricted areas of the platform or compromising system security
- Distributing inappropriate, threatening, defamatory or unlawful content through the platform
- Registering an account using a false identity or inaccurate information
Any breach of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, freezing of account funds, and legal action where applicable.
Payment Information, Transactions & Account Policies
Currency & Transactions
All transactions on the 4000 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment information provided is accurate and valid. Our platform bears no liability for any losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete payment details submitted by users.
Deposits & Withdrawals
Deposits to your 4000 account are processed via approved payment methods. Withdrawals are subject to required verification procedures before funds are released. The platform reserves the right to request identity verification or supporting documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding certain thresholds or for first-time withdrawals.
Account Suspension and Closure
4000 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, breach of terms, illegal activity or unlawful use. Funds in a suspended account will be held pending the outcome of an investigation. In cases where an account is closed due to confirmed fraud, all associated funds may be forfeited.
Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
The 4000 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to deliver a consistent and reliable service, we do not guarantee that the platform will always be free from interruptions, technical errors or delays. The operator shall not be liable for any indirect losses, loss of profits, business disruption or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, to the extent permitted by law.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 4000 platform — including logos, graphic designs, text, software, user interfaces and other visual elements — is the exclusive property of the operator or our licensors. No part of this content may be copied, distributed, modified or used for commercial purposes without our express written permission.

These links are provided solely for your convenience and do not imply our endorsement or approval of any third-party content. Governing Law
